The School of Life is a place that tries to answer the great questions of life.  They believe in developing emotional intelligence and apply psychology, philosophy, and culture to
everyday life.

Learning to forgive is a difficult journey of the ego. In spaces where we are task with look at the complexity of race, class, gender, religion, etc., it is sometimes hard to examine why people act the way they do. When building internal resources to combat everyday aggressions, it is helpful to remember the humanity of each person you encounter. This video serves as a reminder of the things we all need to work on and examine in our quest for forgiveness and a world that works for everyone.
